By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me. No exceptions will be made.
USD payments must be made upfront via Paypal invoice before commission will be started.
Refunds are only permitted if the commission has not been started yet. If the commission has been started but is in early stages, you are subject to a partial refund(50%). Any progress made beyond the early stages, there are no refunds.
Payment plans can be negotiated, just ask! Payment plans require a non-refundable down payment of 50 USD.
Filing chargebacks for completed work will result in you being blacklisted from purchasing any art or merch from me in the future.

All art created by me is never permitted to be used in blockchain related technology.

Including but not limited to non fungible tokens(NFTs), cryptocurrency, and future blockchain inventions.

Art commissions will not be shipped unless otherwise discussed.
Different stages of the art can be provided upon request. If not requested it will not be provided.
File will be sent to you over your primary form of contact when the commission is completed.
Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks after payment has been received for commissions to be completed.
If there is a specific date you would like to receive your commission by please let me know when you request your commission and I will do my best to deliver by that date.

You are free to update the character's design or make any edits as you see fit however you may not edit the original artwork of an adopt or custom without my written consent.
Painted Relics adopts and customs ownership will be tracked on the Painted Relics site, and therefore all Painted Relics related trades must be processed through the site.
All adoptables may be gifted, traded, or resold for up to the total amount you have paid for the adopt. This includes the adopt fee from me, as well as any additional art or commissions you have received of the character.
When trading, selling, or gifting adopts/customs, the recipient must also abide by these ToS.
You may make alt forms or versions of the design, including other closed species as long as it also abides by their ToS.
If the adopt is an alt form of another character, or alt forms are created of the character they must be traded together. This is non-negotiable.
If custom design is a one-off species design you may NOT create a species based around it.
When design is posted on other platforms such as Toyhou.se, proper credit as the creator of the design must be given.
No refunds will be given for finished character designs.

When commissioning me, you are paying for the artist labor and not full rights to the art.
Your commissioned work may be posted on other media platforms for personal use only as long as proper credit to the work is given.
I retain all rights to my artwork, including but not limited to the ability tp use it as samples or self-promotion on all platforms unless previously discussed.
I retain the right to decline or cancel a commission without providing a reason.
You may not claim the work as your own, copy, trace, edit, or redistribute it in any manner unless privately discussed.

Information of the commissioner is collected only for the sole use of invoicing for payment and .contacting for delivering and/or questions. No information will be stored permanently.
